About Me:

I am a very responsible person with a very pleasant personality, good sense of humor and calm demeanor, very little upsets me. I love animals and people. I have many skills which i believe can be an asset as a care giver, like foot massages, hand massages, and can cut hair. I love cooking. I am a Reiki Master, and have a holistic practice back home in South Africa.

Experience

Other Experience:

I cared for an uncle and an aunt for 7 years, i needed to do the main duties for them in order for them to survive in their own flat. Included, cooking, cleaning the flat, fixing things that would break. Doing their washing and ironing. Bed care, controling pressure sores. Bed baths, changing adult nappies, dressing and un dressing, lifting in and out of a bath, hoisting, in and out of a car. Driving to drs appointments. Monitoring hearing aids, dentures, blood pressures, sugar levels, administer insulin through an epi pen. Read to, play board games, talk to. Wash and cut hair.

Qualifications

Other Qualifications:

I am a Reiki Master, have done a reflexology course. I have been a Life Line Counselor, and a Trauma Counselor. I have my own Holistic and Therapy Practice, give massages for injuries. I have done first aid courses.

Interests

Food: Pasta, bangers and mash, fish and chips. A nice steak with baked potato.

Music: Most types of music, i play the guitar as well.

TV: Love the classics, other wise most movies or series.

Films: Anything.....just not any thing horror.

Books: Love reading, very interested in spiritual and healing books.

Days Out: At home i go riding, i have a Harley Davidson. Just love being on a new road thT i have not been down before. I do a lot of charity rides, for the under privileged children, blind people, and children who have a "Last wish".

Other Interests: Animal charities, where i will either do fund raising, help out physically or give healing therapy to abused animals.
