hi my name is tawona gava .i am an experienced carer/support worker .i have gained a lot of experience looking after the elderlery with dementia,learning disabilities and parkinsons disease in their on homes ,nursing and residential homes .my recent assignment was looking after a young men with autism in his own home .im a very passionate about what i do .i mantain panctuality ,confidentiality and try to to promote my clients independence as much as possible and listen to their problems and try to rectify whatever issue that will be of concern also address the issues to the family and record it .i offer my services from personal hygeine ,preparing meals .feeding ,personal care ,administering medication ,housekeeping and laundry .
