About Me:
I have worked my whole life in Health and Care Industry. I have over 3 years experience of working in UK under National and CQC standards. I worked as live in care specialist for 3 years for the same company and on present I'm working par time as health care assistant in one of the prestigious Cardiff residential home care. I can provide DBS instant check. I'm a student to complete a Diploma in Social Care equivalent QCF level 3. All my supervision rapports as live in care, at request, clients references, manager references, character references. The Helping Hands CEO, thanks me personally and called me ‘Ambassador of the Company values’ – copy of the letter at request. I can provide support and companionship to the customer; or to perform personal care duties in line with the customer’s needs; housekeeping and cleaning duties; prepare home cooked food according to the customer’s tastes and likes; I can accurately record all activity with the customer; liaise with my supervisor ( family or representative) regarding any concerns or issues and take urgent action where needed. Being focused on the needs of the customer at all times; take the customer to any appointments, hospital visits etc; answering at any reasonable request from customer, assisting with household management activities and maintain a comfortable and safe environment for the customer. I'm working 33 hours on nights / per week, to keep up with requests of the CQC training requests and to finishing my Diploma course. I have my own car and business insurance registered in U.K. with UK driving license. Zero penalties or points.
