Hi I'm Sonya and I'm 50 years old.Im friendly reliable caring person and have empathy with how difficult life can get as we get older and need to relie on others for a little help.I have cared for my mother during her cancer which was terminal so understand how upsetting it can be give your privacy up.I also cared for my father who struggled with depression from aging and needing to take medication for pain due to hip and arthritis wed fracture to back and then the development of dementia and how devastating that is for him to cope with the daily emotional rollercoaster.I may not have formal qualifications but have all the hands on experience anyone would need to help care for another human being who is struggling with age related issues.Im gentle but firm if needed to get things done to improve the quality of life for an aging person.I love animals tv walks icecream shopping cooking don't mind cleaning hahaha but would like you to know that in your absence your loved one would be shown respect kindness and constant attention to there every need.
