About Me:

I am 36 years old and I have a degree in Phsycholy. I was 8 years in the Air Force, 4 of them working for NATO in Lisbon.I lived in the UK from 2011 to 2015 working as a carer and suport worker. I divorced during that time and decided to come back to Portugal as I was needing my "family hugs". However at this time, I would like to go back to the UK in order to give my children a better start than they will possibly have here in Portugal. My 7 year old boy has a small speach delay. He is much better now, but staying here I cant afford his needed therapy. I have a clean valid UK driving license. I would like to start working there as soon as possible.

Other Experience:

I have caring and support work experience in the UK. Since I returned to Portugal in 2015 I am the manager of a residential care home in Portugal. Before I came to the UK I was in the Air Force for 8 years and left after my first son was born in order to spend more time with him. I was also a lifeguarad. After that I had a Videoclub and a Home Utilities Shop. During that time I also managed a ceramic factory.

Interests

Food: I Love to cook my own food.
Regarding pre-cooked things and fast foods.....well..I can eat them ocasionaly, but will never love them.

Music: Love all sorts as long as they ring my bell.
It depends on how I am feeling really.

TV: I like to watch the news, documentarys and some investigation journalism.

Films: La Vita é Bella. (I just love it.)

Books: I love to read and write.
I prefer autobiografies but read all types as long as they catch my attention. I would feel a bit guilty for choosing one from my favorites.

Days Out: Dont have many (unfortunatly).
I love to spend them with my boys (of 7 and 11 years old).
I love to walk, to watch and listen to the sea (specially in stormy days), going to the theater, musicals, etc. Cinema with the boys is good too.

Other Interests: I am trying to learn to draw and paint. Also tried to learn the piano but the shortness of time makes that a "to do later in life" thing.
