About Me:
I am a corporate dropout. I left the corporate world in search of more meaningful work. Hence the reason I became a live-in caregiver. My first client was a 90 year old man who needed someone to enable him to carry on living in his own home. I looked after him for almost 4 years. Currently, I am working as a personal assistant to people with spinal injuries and have receive specialist training in this kind of care through one of the best agencies in spinal injury care as well as receiving care training from 2 other agencies. I am a friendly, easy-going South African guy, I am also a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher with excellent knowledge in nutrition and exercise prescription.
