I am a Cornish girl who is a registered nurse and still works within nursing homes and community hospitals. However looking to help individual's within their own environment where i feel people thrive better. I see how difficult it can be for you to find packages of care and how long stay's in hospital's can have a negative impact, simply because their are not enough POC for them.
