About Me:
Although i have only had 6 months experience in a home care position I am fully capable of providing excellent care and companionship to a client. I am also trained as a trauma informed therapist and have a deep love of connection with people, enjoying explorting clarity of commuication, meeting needs and forming caring relationship. I am flexible and enjoy all things nature based, I am especially fond of horses and travel.

I worked for 6 months with a local care agency looking after people in their own homes. I have mostly worked in the catering industry in my life so have high standards as regards 'customer' care.

Food: Vegan/vegetarian based meals. I am a good, creative cook.
Music: I enjoy an eclectic range of music and am also a dance facilitator.
TV: I don't really watch TV. I enjoy nature/history/travel.scifi based programs if i do watch.
Films: One flew over the cuckoos nest, Awakenings.
Books: Magical, imaginative tales plus mysteries, davinci code etc.
Days Out: Anything nature based, travelling to enjoy the scenery, visiting new places. Eating out.
Other Interests: Horses! all animals really, behaviour, travel, creativity, art, music, meeting new people.
