I have worked with many qualities across the board, including learning disabilities, mental health, dementia care. I make sure that people live life to the full and enjoy their older and younger years knowing that just their problems is not the end of the road. I believe that good communication and empathy is the key concepts of a good care worker. Putting yourself in the mind of the client to know exactly how they feel, bring solutions to the ground of easy understandable concepts. I have dealt with both verbal and non verbal clients, having an understanding of makaton. I have travelled the world and met the most amazing people which has taught me the understanding of human needs.
