I've recently looked after 2 ladies both with diamentia. The elderly lady was bed bound so had to bed bath her, change her pads etc. The younger lady (her daughter) has diamentia and diabetes. I cooked both their meals, did the sugar testing and making sure all the meds were taken. I did the shopping on line
