About Me:

I believe that I have strong communication skills which will enable me to accurately anticipate any of the needs that the individual may have. By organising my time to actively listen to the individual and actively interpret non verbal clues, such as body language and facial expressions is a very successful way of assessing each persons needs. I feel that I have the right attitude and balance of compassion and practicality to ensure each individual will be supported in such a way that they will be able to manage their lives effectively within the home. When planning and delivering care to an individual I would consider the individual needs in the way that their care is given and were possible discussions with the individual can take place. Maintaining dignity means using empathy and compassion.
