About Me:

Good morning 🤗My names Karen I have two grown up sons . I live in Torquay Devon . I've done care most of my life apart from when I was married . I've done domcillary in the bay . Also done private care for a lovely lady for over 3 years . Care comes naturally too me from starting back from my grandmother some 30 years ago . I'm currently looking for work . And in the meantime I look after my two elderly neighbours . In my spare time I'm doing an online caring course . And in February completed a 4 day training course which I passed . Consisted of manual handling , first aid , medication , safe guarding . We have two pets a parrot which currently lives with boys gran for company ! And we took in a stray cat which we named teddy . (Much loved family member ) !! .

Have done domcillary care and also private care I sometimes slept over if she poorly and stayed sometimes quite late because we ended up watching a film and chatting as you do .

Interests

Food: Love homemade soups , mild curries , love salad dishes , cereals , bit of a fan of cheese . And coffee in the morning a must for me .

Music: I'm a big music lady , is one of my passions . My interest is very varied . From country , rock , classical Vivaldi my fave

TV: Probably the soaps , eastenders my fave, love watching the blue planet , don't mind the quiz shows .

Films: Love the true movies , horror , anything soppy I'm there .

Books: Martina Cole my favourite author . Love too read !

Days Out: By the beach if nice ! A coffee with friends out , walk down the harbour , walk my friends little doggy . A swim , pub lunch

Other Interests: Love a bit of gardening ,and also painting e.g. Walls stairs etc . Find it very therapeutic. Like too powerwalk with music too . And skating
