Food they like: dairy free, no red meat, likes lots of things, and enjoys discussing what will be made for the meal
Music: does not listen to a lot
TV: does not watch a lot
Films: not keen
Books: vascular dementia means Ingrid does not read much anymore
Days Out: goes out to a social group in the week. likes going to garden centres
Other Interests: the garden feeding birds - loves this Ingrid is a Christian and has lots of contact with people from her local church who pop in.
Details:
we are looking for a companion/weekend person to pop in for a couple of hours on both days, to help with evening meal prep and provide some company.
Ingrid is a very easy lady in her mid 80's and she has vascular dementia, however she manages all her own personal care, is mobile and easy to be with.
