Clients Name: Sarah
Food they like: Sarah likes her muffins or crumpets for breakfast and coffee. Favourite being cappuccino. Sarah also enjoys take away each week. Sarah also enjoys salad with baked potatoes and pie and mash.
TV: Sarah enjoys watching all the TVs soaps and enjoys watching detective and crime programmes with her daughter. Sarah enjoys watching reality tv to.
Films: Sarah enjoys watching films and does enjoy sci fi films and a variety of different films.
Books: Sarah enjoys reading when she can. Martina Cole being her favourite. Sarah also enjoys reading reality books on celebrities.
Other Interests: Spending time with her daughter if it is just sat at home watching to or going out once a month for a meal with her when she can.
Details:
To help get a disabled lady out of bed to do personal care. Prepare and administer medication. The lady has complex needs and does have a variety of illnesses. Which cause pain and exhaustion and other ailments. The lady is in a electric wheelchair when out of bed or going out. A ceiling hoist is used and is used by 1 carer. The jobs in some calls can be varied day to day. There is jobs such as washing and personal care which are done daily. Then prepare her meals and hot and cold drinks again depending if lunch or tea to what may need doing.
Meals are to be prepared at each call.
Again personal care or toileting through any of the 4 calls a day.
Call times are
Morning 9 - 11 am
Lunch 1 - 2 pm
Tea 5 - 7 pm
Bed call 9 - 10 pm
There is also social or shopping or domestic call each week but are sometimes blocked together to make long afternoon for appointments or days out.
Hours available at present is
Mon
5.00 - 6.00 pm tea call
9.00 pm - 10.00pm Bed call
Tuesday weekly
9.00 - 11.00 am morning call
1.00pm - 2.00 pm lunch call
5.00 pm - 7.00 pm tea call
9.00 - 10.00'pm bed call
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
5.00 pm - 7.00 pm tea call
9.00 - 10.00 pm bed call
Also every ""other weekend all 4 calls sat and sun.
Hours may be able to be changed slightly if needed am willing to look at them.
Also I need someone who can also cover sickness and leave which would be all 4 calls each day required.
