Assisted from bed cream all over with prescription ointment showered cream all over again with prescription ointment and dress. Blood glucose check and breakfast given medication is put out. blood pressure check for monitoring. Bathroom tidy. Wet bedding is put in the machine to wash and water is left by my side to reach when needed.
Meal prepare or warm and given at lunch time and toileted.
Tea time snack given and toileted.
Night time showered put in nighty, meal given assisted to bed. Meal preparation,
Weekly rubbish is put out on Thursday and weekly outing for fresh air. Hair wash when is needed. ironinig.
