Clients Name: Mr A

Food they like: Loves food of all tastes. Breakfast is simple cereal, toast, fruit, Tea. Lunch is light lunch sandwich, pate, soup, etc Dinner, Anything from Cottage pie, Fish, Steak, Pasta,Roast Sunday dinner etc. Enjoys a glass of wine.

Music: Easy listening, Perry Como, Tom Jones, Jim Reeves, etc

TV: Generally only watches the news.

Books: Reads daily newspaper and evening post.

Days Out: Drives around the island

Other Interests: Well travelled Gentleman before he lost his wife last year after 69 years of marriage.

Part time carer to work along with other part time carer.
Duties to include some personal care, catheter, cooking, shopping, driving, companionship
