Details:

Carer must be okay changing stoma. Patient has terrible osteoarthritis in knees so mobility is a problem and gets around house on mobility buggy/zimmer frame. Meds have to be given.
Problem here is that it will be a sudden departure to hospital and will need person to be available on short notice.
Have ticked live in but that may not be necessary.
