Clients Name: Juliet

Food they like: porridge in the morning and usually a sandwich or soup for lunch

TV: inspector Morse, Miss Marple..those kind of programs

Days Out: Just a short walk every now and then, mum can't go far now.

Details:

Hi, my Mother Julie lives with me and needs assistance getting out of bed, bathing and at meal times too.

I work a part time job that start at 6am and I am finished by 12 so I need someone to get Mum up around 7/8am , give her breakfast and help in the bathroom.

I will then need you to make her a lunch for around 11 just before you go. Mum has restricted movement but can walk once up.

The current carer we have is leaving so ideally we are looking for someone to come in for her last shift and then take over.
