Clients Name: Carly McIntyre

Food they like: I will be managing the care of food amd a chef will prepare the rest of the families meals including youreals

Music: First easy listening as structure of trust is required most in care plan

TV: Mostly disney movies amd vetted tv programmes

Films: vetted series programmes helping good umderstamding of a daily trusted life

Books: None I will read stories and books

Days Out: Hoping for atleast 2 jourmeys a week

Other Interests: Other activities will be stimulation and basic learning with pastel colours and shapes. A physhio amd personal trainer will be assosting with care and other professionals with qualifications to help learn to walk again
