Clients Name: Nellie
Food they like: Small portions of freshly cooked vegetables with fish/ chicken/ meat for lunch Sandwich/ soup/ salad for tea. Cereal for breakfast. Continual supply of squash and tea/ coffee
Music: Classical Tunes from 40s, 50s Andre rieau
TV: Gardening, cooking
Books: I like to read aloud from books I have
Days Out: I enjoy going out for coffee and cake and occasionally for lunch. I enjoy shopping trips
Other Interests: I like to help cook, clean, garden, tidy, iron, if I am in the mood
Details:
Nellie is 90 and has vascular dementia. She is a very happy lady who is mobile and chatty.
Nellie needs someone kind and gentle who will give her space but be there to keep her safe and enjoy daily activities.
She is slightly hard of hearing so a clear English speaking lady would be ideal.
