Clients Name: Alison
Details:
My mum and I have been chatting about her future care. I have been at home with her, helping her with her mild dementia for a couple pf years now. We both feel that the time has come where it would be better for both of us if either someone else took on the majority of mums care at home or the other option is too look into a care home. Our preference is fro mum to stay her but it really will come down to whether we can find someone suitable with the budget we have.
I think the best option would be a live in carer where by I cover the day days per week (or some other rotational arrangement) for when the carer needs a break/time off
