LGBTQA+ friendly home help wanted Waterloo, L22 I'm a physically disabled and autistic/ADHD professional looking for help with tasks I struggle with, mainly cleaning and basic meal prep.
3 hours fortnightly, times to be negotiated, can be fixed or flexible. £15 per hour - on a self-employed basis. Very occasionally I may need help with attending appointments or doing errands if possible.
The most important attribute is someone not judgemental regarding health, weight, a variable disability/chronic health condition, neurodiversity or *any* LGBTQA+ identities. I welcome applicants who are themselves marginalised, am an anti-oppressive employer, and am happy to explore ways to accommodate neurodiversity and any other needs but help must be physically able to do some things I cannot.
