75 year old lady (widow,mum and gran)
Osteoporosis
Use of stick to aid mobility due to 2nd stroke in 2016 and fall in May 2020.
Cannot use both hands fully to wash hair and do heavy work
Needs help to wash hair (weekly), change bedding (fortnightly), dust and hoover (weekly), clean inside windows (monthly)
