Details:
To cover live-in carer daily breaks 2 hours per day from 3pm.
Additionally required 2 days, Monday & Friday to cover 3 hours from 10am. This could be separate carer or added if preferred.
Looking after a lovely friendly lady patient with extensive dementia, who has no mobility. So support for the live in carer is required with the in-house hoist. Other household members are living at the home, so some wider companionship is welcome.
Dementia experience required, must have friendly and qualified carer, also trained to administer medication to the care plan if required. We require some stability in this support role as a familiar face is an important element to the patients wellbeing
Some flexibility on these times for the right candidate. References required.
