Details:
We are looking for a wonderful carer to support our family with mums care.
She's 93 and was living at home until taken into hospital this week. She is being discharged Mon7th March 2022. However, the home care package will not provide the 24/7 care support my mother will now require to remain in her own home. We want to honour her wishes to remain in her own home for what might be her final months. She has stage four breast cancer and we think she has undiagnosed dementia/alzheimers. But the confusion could be infection related.
