Personal Assistant (Female) – £15.70/hr – Belsize Park

I’m a woman in my mid 20s looking for a female personal assistant to support me with weekly meal prep, household tasks, and general wellbeing support. I have disabilities including asthma, fatigue, and ADHD, which make navigating daily life a bit challenging. I’m looking for someone reliable, kind, and proactive, who can help me manage my home and wellbeing with compassion and competence.
Location: Belsize Park
Pay: £15.70/hr
Hours: 7 hours per week (split as 4 hours and 3 hours on separate days) – one day would be either a Friday or weekend morning, the other is flexible based on mutual availability.

Key Weekly Responsibilities
Day 1 (4 hrs) – Meal Prep Day:
Meal preparation for the week – selecting recipes together, shopping/ordering groceries, and cooking varied meals in batch portions.
Day 2 (3 hrs) – Cleaning Day:
Household tasks: changing bedsheets, laundry, tidying, light cleaning, general home organisation.

Additional Tasks (as needed, time permitting):
Order and collect prescriptions from the pharmacy
Supporting with admin (e.g. booking appointments, forms)
Accompanying me to the shops, gym, or for walks
Advocating for me at medical appointments
Wellbeing check-ins and health management

Essential Qualities
Compassionate and organised
Good communicator and happy to work collaboratively
Experience with batch cooking or interest in cooking/food/meal prep is highly desirable
Must be female
Enhanced DBS check
