Details:

My mother suffers from severe Dementia. I need someone new there full time (2 days off of course) to help me with mums needs as her most recent carer willbe leaving at the end of July.

I am willing to negotiate on pay, the most important thing is finding the right person for mum. I love her very much and taking this decision has not been easy but I feel it is essential now.
