Details:

Female carer/assistant required. Two afternoons a week. I have a dissociative disorder and need help interacting with my environment. Varied tasks are involved, to manage at home and outdoors (appointments, trips to nature). I struggle with awareness and need someone who can get things done and communicate. I need her to be reliable, intelligent and quietly efficient but with an informal relaxed manner, able to befriend and be company. Long term. Car essential. Most trips are local. Non-smoker please. Please note: 'personal hygiene care' is only occasional, at worst times.
