About the Client
Clients Name: Christine moreton
Food they like: Omelette chips and beans. Chocolate small amount. Not very fussy with food and able to eat and drink independently when set up at table
Music: 70's and 80's mainly. Loves to sing along
TV: All sorts really. Only watches Tv for small amounts of time
Books: Word search books not reading books
Days Out: Goes in wheelchair to town for an ice cream in sun
Details:
My mum Christine had a brain hemorrhage over 30 years ago. My dad has been mums main carer since this time. Dad needs help to look after mum and time so he can get out for an hour here and there and have a break himself.
Personal hygiene including washing, dressing, assisting going to toilet, preparing a ready meal for mum if dad goes out. Mum does suffer with epilepsy which is controlled but still does have seizures on occasions.
Takes some time to get to know mums ways but my dad and I would be there to support a carer until feel more confident with mum etc.
