Clients Name: Kathleen Whitehouse
Food they like: porridge/honey/berries/toast/marmite/peanut butter/salad/bread and cheese/jacket potato tuna salad/sandwiches...finger food. She can feed herself but, needs assistance to drink.
Music: She likes classical music Elgar etc and poetry. Listens to Radio 4
TV: Antique road show/travel programmes and Mrs Brown
Films: Out of Africa
Books: She cannot read or focus on books but, likes to be read poetry and listen to the radio.
Days Out: Mobility restricts her going out.
Other Interests: She loves her cats.
Details:
To provide me with respite and to take care of my mother who has dementia. This will require preparing breakfast and lunch...finger food and change her twice a day as she is incontinent. Kathleen likes to be in bed for 5.00pm and she likes to listen to music and be with her cats. It will also require light house work downstairs only twice a week and some washing.
