Clients Name: Ross Sutherland
Food they like: Mornings . Breakfast , Cereal or porridge , toast /tea and morning tablets . Preparation of sandwich for lunch . Evening meals tend to be microwaveable from M&S .
Music: Pat likes to listen to the radio , both in the kitchen and through Sky TV in the lounge .
Days Out: An occasional outing for a coffee etc would be appreciated .
Details:
To prepare and serve meal for an 84yr old lady ,who is registered blind ( but has macular degeneration ) and can see a little bit . To tidy round the flat and iron if necessary . No strenuous cleaning req. To prepare evening meal and leave out any tablets that have to be taken .
