Clients Name: Georgina Hindle

Details:

Mum has ESKD & attends dialysis on Mondays & Fridays.
She has been hospitalised several times in the last year due to infections & falls.
Georgina requires help with, toileting, showering, dressing. Meal preparation.
I currently undertake all mums care throughout the week, not including bedtime visit, or weekends. As has care agency ATM
This job would entail all bedtime visits & 3 - 4 visits each day at weekends, AM, lunchtime, teatime & bedtime.
