Hello, I'm Jo and I am a Mum to three grown up children and also a part-time Student Nurse.I have worked as a Phlebotomist and as a carer. I enjoy listening to elderly life stories and helping people live a dignified, independent and happy life as much as is possible.I am happy to undertake domestic and personal care duties.

Food: I eat very healthily and work out a lot. I do have lapses though and enjoy baking and eating cakes. I enjoy the outdoors and hiking and nature. I also enjoy jigsaws and films and the theatre.
