About Me:
I currently work for a client with complex needs in their own home. They have an acquired brain injury and resulting complex clinical needs alongside autism and mental health. I am part of a small team providing care and support to help them maintain their independence. I previously worked with another client within their family home and prior to that in a residential setting for young females who have been victims of CSE. I also have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and acquired brain injuries both in a residential setting and in their own homes. I gained promotions to senior positions in two past employments which involved organising shifts, managing rotas, completing reviews and supervising staff, amongst other duties. I am a hard working, determined and focused individual who is now looking for a new position where I can utilise my skills and experience and further expand my knowledge and experience. Alongside my full time employment, my wife and I offer respite supported lodgings for young people, giving a safe and supportive environment, working alongside professional services to help and support the person living with us in gaining skills to live independently.

Days Out: I love the outdoors so my favourite days out are exploring new places and enjoying great scenery. I especially like anywhere with a good cafe!
Other Interests: I work part time as a dog walker and also own 3 dogs of my own as well as a horse. My animals are my whole world and I love spending time with them
