About Me:

I started work in Rio De Janeiro in 2003 and have been in continuous employment until 2013. I moved to England to marry my fiancé in April 2014. I have a Biometric Residency Permit. Over the past year I have been worked for a Residential Home care in Harrow where I work in charge go my unit. And I am looking for new opportunities because I do care about people and I have learned a lot since I have started to work with elderly people. Most of my experience so far has been in customer focused activities. I like dealing with customers and building customer relationships. This is my strong-point and it flows through all the work positions that I have had. I have very good interpersonal skills from one to one communications, within small groups and with larger groups. I can easily learn new processes and functions.I am highly motivated, hard-working and am a keen time-manager, I have a patient and flexible approach to dealing with customers at all levels. I’ve always got on well with colleagues and supervisors. I ensure I keep up to date with developments in my field, and am keen to learn new skills as my job demands.
