About Me:
I have been doing care in the community for 2 years now , calling on people in their own homes , I enjoy the work very much especially the opportunity to get to know my clients , my main asset I've been told is the way I treat people as individuals with respect and take a real interest in them . I find one of the biggest needs is companionship for many of my clients and being older myself at 63 years old I relate to my older clients very well. As I don't really get a chance to stay with my clients very long in my present carer role , I would like the opportunity to spent more time with individual clients in more of a companion role. I am currently studying nvq level 3 in social care I have travelled a lot while in the merchant navy , and have learned to mix well with all cultures .

Other Interests: I have a young daughter so I'm really very family oriented , and spend most of my off time out with the family
