About Me:
My name is Alison and I'm 49 years old. I have been caring full time for both my elderly parents for the last 2 years. They both have different types of early onset dementia as well as some physical limitations they need assistance with. My daily role is to assist with bathing and dressing when required, managing medication, cooking healthy meals, light cleaning, organising appointments, errands and of course providing stimulating activities such as gardening, jigsaw puzzles, card games, very basic keep fit and of course lots of conversation!

Films: I love old classics as well as well written comedies and dramas.
Books: I love a good thriller and autobiography.
Days Out: Walking, cinema , garden centres.
I am open to anything!
